CORRECTED MINUTES

 

 

On May 5, 2015, the House Committee on Higher Education authorized the correction of the  minutes for the meeting of the House Committee on Higher Education held on April 29, 2015. The following are the corrected minutes for that meeting:

 

Pursuant to a notice posted on April 24, 2015, and a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on April 28, 2015, the House Committee on Higher Education met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Zerwas, at 8:01 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Zerwas; Howard; Alonzo; Morrison; Raney; and Turner, Chris.

 

A quorum was present.

HB 451

 

The chair laid out HB 451 as pending business.

 

The chair moved that HB 451, without amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:

Nays:                           None (0).
