Pursuant to a notice posted on February 13, 2015, the House Committee on Defense & Veterans' Affairs met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative King, Susan, at 8:04 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives King, Susan; Frank; Aycock; Blanco; Farias; Schaefer; and Shaheen.

At 9:55 a.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was recessed until 12:45 p.m., February 18, 2015.

 

The committee reconvened at 12:45 p.m. and was called to order by the chair, Representative King, Susan.
