Pursuant to a notice posted on March 27, 2015, and permission granted on April 1, 2015, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Defense & Veterans' Affairs met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative King, Susan, at 4:09 p.m.
