Pursuant to a notice posted on February 4, 2015, the House Committee on Human Services met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Raymond, at 3:11 p.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Raymond; Rose; King, Susan; Klick; Peña; Price; and Spitzer.

A quorum was present.

(Representative Naishtat now present.)

The committee met for organizational purposes and to hear invited testimony from Acting Deputy Inspector General (HHSC) Quinton Arnold.

At 4:26 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
