Pursuant to a notice posted on February 25, 2015, and permission granted on March 2, 2015, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Human Services met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Raymond, at 3:35 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Raymond; Keough; Naishtat; Peņa; Price; and Spitzer.

 

A quorum was present.

 


 

The committee heard invited testimony from HHSC Inspector General Stuart W. Bowen, Jr..
