Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 1, 2015, the House Committee on Human Services met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Raymond, at 1:36 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Raymond; Rose; Keough; King, Susan; Naishtat; Peņa; and Price.

The chair laid out HB 967 as pending business.

 

The chair offered a complete committee substitute.

 

The committee substitute was adopted without objection.

The chair laid out SB 1117, the companion to HB 843.

 

Representative Naishtat moved that SB 1117, without amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed and be sent to the Committee on Local and Consent Calendars.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:

Representative Keough moved that HB 1267, without amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:
