CORRECTED MINUTES
On May 21, 2015, the House Committee on Human Services authorized the correction of the minutes for the meeting of the House Committee on Human Services held on May 11, 2015. The following are the corrected minutes for that meeting:
Pursuant to a notice posted on May 6, 2015, and a suspension of the 5-day posting rule and all necessary rules on May 11, 2015, the House Committee on Human Services met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Raymond, at 10:10 p.m.
The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Raymond; Rose; Keough; King, Susan; Klick; Naishtat; Peņa; Price; and Spitzer.
A quorum was present.

The chair laid out SB 1540, the companion to HB 2990.
Representative Keough moved that SB 1540, without amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed and be sent to the Committee on Local and Consent Calendars. The motion prevailed by the following record vote:
