Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 21, 2015, and permission granted on May 21, 2015, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Human Services met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Raymond, at 4:01 p.m.

The chair moved to reconsider the vote by which the measure was reported from committee. The motion to reconsider prevailed without objection.
The chair offered a complete committee substitute.
The committee substitute was adopted without objection.
Representative Price moved that SB 206, as substituted, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed. The motion prevailed by the following record vote:
