Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on April 6, 2015, the House Committee on Insurance met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Frullo, at 2:57 p.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Frullo; Muñoz, Jr.; Guerra; Meyer; Paul; Sheets; and Workman.

A quorum was present.

HB 2317

The chair laid out HB 2317 as pending business.

Representative Paul offered a complete committee substitute.

The committee substitute was adopted without objection.

Representative Guerra moved that HB 2317, as substituted, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:

Ayes:                           Representatives Frullo; Muñoz, Jr.; Guerra; Meyer; Paul; Sheets; Workman (7).

Nays:                           None (0).

Present, Not Voting:   None (0).

Absent:                        Representatives Bonnen, Greg; Vo (2).

At 2:59 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
