Pursuant to a notice posted on February 26, 2015, and permission granted on March 3, 2015, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Judiciary & Civil Jurisprudence met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Smithee, at 2:10 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Smithee; Farrar; Clardy; Hernandez; Raymond; and Sheets.
