Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 8, 2015, and a suspension of all necessary rules on May 8, 2015, and being granted permission on May 8, 2015, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Juvenile Justice & Family Issues met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Dutton, at 4:04 p.m.
