Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on April 20, 2015, the House Committee on Land & Resource Management met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Deshotel, at 4:45 p.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Deshotel; Thompson, Ed; Bell; Krause; and Lucio III.

A quorum was present.

SB 903

The chair laid out SB 903, companion to HB 2104.

The chair explained the measure.

Representative Krause moved that SB 903, without amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:

Ayes:                           Representatives Deshotel; Thompson, Ed; Bell; Krause; Lucio III (5).

Nays:                           None (0).

Present, Not Voting:   None (0).

Absent:                        Representatives Cyrier; Sanford (2).

At 4:46 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
