Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 22, 2015, and permission granted on May 22, 2015, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Land & Resource Management met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Deshotel, at 4:32 p.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Deshotel; Thompson, Ed; Cyrier; and Sanford.

A quorum was present.

The chair laid out SB 1376.

The chair explained the measure.

Representative Cyrier moved that SB 1376, without amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:

Ayes:                           Representatives Deshotel; Thompson, Ed; Cyrier; Sanford (4).

Nays:                           None (0).

Present, Not Voting:   None (0).

Absent:                        Representatives Bell; Krause; Lucio III (3).

At 4:33 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
