Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 21, 2015, and permission granted on May 21, 2015, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Local & Consent Calendars met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Thompson, Senfronia, at 1:05 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Thompson, Senfronia; Clardy; Burkett; Capriglione; Dale; Gonzales, Larry; Guerra; Gutierrez; Isaac; Muñoz, Jr.; Nevárez; Sheets; and Springer.

 

A quorum was present.

 


 

Representative Gutierrez moved that the floor amendment to SB 1882 offered by Representative Thompson, Senfronia be approved to be offered during consideration of the Addendum- Local, Consent, and Resolutions Calendar for Friday, May 22, 2015.  The motion prevailed without objection.

 

The chair, without objection, withdrew SB 1315 and SB 1316 from consideration.

 

Pursuant to the suspension of all necessary rules and unanimous consent granted from the House floor on May 21, 2015, Representative Sheets moved to place the following measures on the Addendum-Local, Consent, and Resolutions Calendar for Friday, May 22, 2015:  HCR 122, SB 287, SB 306, SB 432, SB 478, SB 512, SB 536, SB 565, SB 569, SB 610, SB 681, SB 791, SB 991, SB 1202, SB 1267, SB 1304, SB 1305, SB 1341, SB 1358, SB 1455, SB 1457, SB 1461, SB 1463, SB 1641, SB 1716, SB 1725, SB 1882, SB 1918, SCR 39.

 

The motion prevailed by the following record vote:
