Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 21, 2015, and permission granted on May 21, 2015, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Local & Consent Calendars met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Thompson, Senfronia, at 3:46 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Thompson, Senfronia; Clardy; Burkett; Capriglione; Dale; Gonzales, Larry; Gutierrez; Isaac; and Nevárez.

 

A quorum was present.

Representative Clardy moved that the floor amendments to SB 631 offered by Rep. Burkett and SB 1760 offered by Rep. Bonnen, Dennis be approved to be offered during consideration of the Addendum- Local, Consent, and Resolutions Calendar for Friday, May 22, 2015.  The motion prevailed without objection.

 

Pursuant to the suspension of all necessary rules and to unanimous consent granted from the House floor on May 21, 2015, Representative Sheets moved to place the following measures on the Addendum-Local, Consent, and Resolutions Calendar for Friday, May 22, 2015:  SB 631, SB 1005, SB 1760, SB 1989, SB 2025, SB 2055.

 

The motion prevailed by the following record vote:

 

Ayes:                           Representatives Thompson, Senfronia; Clardy; Burkett; Capriglione; Dale; Gonzales, Larry; Guerra; Gutierrez; Isaac; Muñoz, Jr.; Nevárez; Sheets; Springer (13).
