Pursuant to a notice posted on August 9, 2016, the House Committee on Mental Health, Select met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Price, at 9:07 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Price; Bonnen, Greg; Galindo; Murr; Turner, Chris; and White, James.

 

 

The committee met to hear public testimony related to mental health / behavioral health care in Texas.
