Pursuant to a notice posted on March 6, 2015, revised on March 6, 2015, and permission granted on March 11, 2015, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Natural Resources met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Keffer, at 2:03 p.m.
