Pursuant to a notice posted on March 17, 2016, the House Committee on Pensions met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Flynn, at 10:15 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Flynn; Alonzo; Hernandez; Klick; Paul; and Stephenson.

 

A quorum was present.

 

 

Chairman Flynn made opening remarks regarding the organizational meeting.
