Pursuant to a notice posted on March 5, 2015, and permission granted on March 10, 2015, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Public Health met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Crownover, at 8:04 a.m.

The chair laid out HB 819 as pending business.
The chair offered a complete committee substitute.
The committee substitute was adopted without objection.
