Pursuant to a notice posted on April 19, 2016, the House Committee on Homeland Security & Public Safety met jointly with the House Committee on Government Transparency & Operation in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Phillips, at 10:07 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Phillips; Dale; Metcalf; White, Molly; and Wray.

 

A quorum was present.
