Pursuant to a notice posted on February 12, 2015, the House Committee on Culture, Recreation & Tourism met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Guillen, at 12:51 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Guillen; Frullo; Larson; Márquez; Murr; and Smith.

 

A quorum was present.

The committee heard invited testimony.
