Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on April 14, 2015, the House Committee on Rules & Resolutions met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative McClendon, at 5:13 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives McClendon; Kacal; Bell; Blanco; Button; Faircloth; Rodriguez, Justin; Rose; and Sheffield.

 

A quorum was present.

 

Rep. Kacal made a motion to remove HR 1605 from the Consideration List in order that it be correctly referred to another committee.  There being 9 ayes and no nays, the motion prevailed.
