Pursuant to a notice posted on March 20, 2015, the House Committee on Special Purpose Districts met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Miller, Doug, at 8:03 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Miller, Doug; Alvarado; Faircloth; and Zedler.
