Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 1, 2015, and permission granted on May 1, 2015, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Special Purpose Districts met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Miller, Doug, at 3:29 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Miller, Doug; Fallon; Martinez Fischer; Stickland; and Zedler.

 

A quorum was present.

 


 

HB 2345

 

Representative Stickland moved to reconsider the vote by which HB 2345 failed to be reported.  The motion to reconsider prevailed without objection.

 

Representative Stickland moved that HB 2345, without amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed and be sent to the Committee on Local and Consent Calendars.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:

 

Ayes:                           Representatives Miller, Doug; Fallon; Martinez Fischer; Stickland; Zedler (5).

 

Nays:                           None (0).

 

Present, Not Voting:   None (0).

 

Absent:                        Representatives Alvarado; Faircloth (2).

 

At 3:31 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
