Pursuant to a notice posted on March 13, 2015, and permission granted on March 18, 2015, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on State Affairs met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Cook, at 4:03 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Cook; Giddings; Craddick; Farney; Geren; Harless; and Kuempel.
