Pursuant to a notice posted on May 8, 2015, a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on May 11, 2015 and a suspension of the 5-day posting rule and all necessary rules on May 12, 2015, the House Committee on State Affairs met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Cook, at 8:23 a.m.
