Pursuant to a notice posted on February 20, 2015, and permission granted on February 26, 2015, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on State & Federal Power & Responsibility, Select met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative King, Phil, at 11:48 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives King, Phil; Workman; Anderson, Charles "Doc"; Clardy; Parker; and Walle.
