Pursuant to a notice posted on May 17, 2016, revised on June 3, 2016, the House Committee on State Real Property Data Collect, Report & Assess, Select met in a public hearing and was called to order by the acting chair, Representative Giovanni Capriglione, at 1:02 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Capriglione; Israel; and Thompson, Ed.

 

A quorum was present.

 

 

The House Select Committee on State Real Property Data Collection, Reporting & Assessment met jointly with the Senate Select Committee on State Real Property Data Collection, Reporting & Assessment in an organizational hearing.

 

(Representative Oliveira now present.)

 

The acting Chair, Representative Capriglione, gave opening remarks.

 

The committee heard invited testimony on the following issues:

 

Study potential ways to ensure the state is able to identify, track, and maintain information on the location, condition, and replacement value of all real property owned by the state.

 

Testimony taken/registration recorded.  (See attached witness list.)

 

At 3:16 p.m., on the motion of Representative Capriglione and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
