Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on April 28, 2015, the House Committee on Transportation met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Pickett, at 1:30 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Pickett; Martinez, "Mando"; Burkett; Davis, Yvonne; Harless; Murr; Paddie; Phillips; and Simmons.

The chair laid out HB 3777 as pending business.

The chair offered a complete committee substitute.

 

The committee substitute was adopted without objection.
