Pursuant to a notice posted on September 14, 2016, the House Committee on Transportation-S/C on Long-term Infrastructure Planning met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Simmons, at 9:03 a.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Simmons; Israel; and Paddie.

The Committee heard testimony from witnesses regarding Transportation Reinvestment Zones.

A quorum is now present.

The Committee heard testimony from TxDOT on 10 year project funds estimate.

The committee heard testimony regarding the Texas Emissions Reduction Plan (TERP)

At 12:02 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
