Pursuant to a notice posted on March 3, 2016, the House Committee on Transportation Planning, Select met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Pickett, at 1:06 p.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Pickett; Larson; Martinez, "Mando"; Simmons; White, James; and Workman.

A quorum was present.

Update from TxDOT working group on project selection criteria, rules and policies for project prioritization and selection, and  funding categories
