Pursuant to a notice posted on February 12, 2015, the House Committee on Urban Affairs met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Alvarado, at 12:32 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Alvarado; Hunter; Anderson, Rodney; Schaefer; and White, Molly.

 

A quorum was present.

 

 

 

The chair welcomed the committee members and explained the committee would hear invited testimony from the following state agencies: the Texas Commission of Fire Protection, the Texas State Affordable Housing Corporation and the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs.

At 1:06 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
