Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on April 30, 2015, the House Committee on Urban Affairs met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Alvarado, at 12:57 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Alvarado; Anderson, Rodney; Bernal; Elkins; Schaefer; and White, Molly.
