Pursuant to a notice posted on February 12, 2015, the House Committee on Ways & Means met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Bonnen, Dennis, at 8:30 a.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Bonnen, Dennis; Davis, Yvonne; Button; Darby; Murphy; Springer; Turner, Chris; and Wray.

A quorum was present.

The Chair made opening remarks to the Committee.

(Representative Bohac now present.)

The committee met for organizational purposes and to hear invited testimony.

At 9:53 a.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was recessed until 1:30 p.m., February 17, 2015.

The committee reconvened at 1:32 p.m. and was called to order by the chair, Representative Bonnen, Dennis.

The quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Bonnen, Dennis; Bohac; Button; Parker; Springer; Turner, Chris; and Wray.

A quorum was present.

The committee heard invited testimony.

At 4:03 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
