CORRECTED MINUTES

On April 28, 2015, the House Committee on Ways & Means authorized the correction of the  minutes for the meeting of the House Committee on Ways & Means held on April 22, 2015. The following are the corrected minutes for that meeting:

Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on April 22, 2015, the House Committee on Ways & Means met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Bonnen, Dennis, at 3:35 p.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Bonnen, Dennis; Davis, Yvonne; Bohac; Button; Darby; Martinez Fischer; Murphy; Parker; Springer; Turner, Chris; and Wray.

A quorum was present.

The chair laid out HB 394 as pending business.

Representative Springer moved that HB 394, without amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed and be sent to the Committee on Local and Consent Calendars.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:
