Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on April 29, 2015, the House Committee on Ways & Means met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Bonnen, Dennis, at 2:10 p.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Bonnen, Dennis; Davis, Yvonne; Button; Martinez Fischer; Murphy; Parker; Springer; Turner, Chris; and Wray.

A quorum was present.

The chair laid out SB 1452 as pending business.

Representative Wray moved that SB 1452, without amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed and be sent to the Committee on Local and Consent Calendars.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:

Ayes:                           Representatives Bonnen, Dennis; Davis, Yvonne; Button; Martinez Fischer; Murphy; Parker; Springer; Turner, Chris; Wray (9).

Nays:                           None (0).

Present, Not Voting:   None (0).

Absent:                        Representatives Bohac; Darby (2).

At 2:13 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
