Pursuant to suspension of Senate Rule 11.10 and 11.18, a public hearing of the Senate Committee on Administration was held on Monday, May 25, 2015, in the Betty King Committee Room at Austin, Texas.

The chair laid out HB 3099 and recognized the Senate sponsor, Senator Estes, to explain the bill.
