Senator Uresti moved to withdraw the committee substitute that was laid out at a previous hearing. There was no objection.
Senator Uresti sent up a new committee substitute; the chair recognized Senator Uresti to explain the difference between the committee substitute and the house bill as engrossed.

There being no further business, at 9:39 AM Senator Juan Hinojosa moved that the Committee stand recessed subject to the call of the chair. Without objection, it was so ordered.
