Pursuant to a notice posted in accordance with Senate Rule 11.10 and 11.18, a public hearing of the Senate Committee on Government Facilities, Select was held on Thursday, March 12, 2015, in the Capitol Extension, Room E1.016, at Austin, Texas.

The chair called the meeting to order at 10:06 AM. There being a quorum present, the following business was transacted:

 

The following members arrived after the roll was called:

Senator Eltife moved adoption of the committee rules. There being no objection, it was so ordered.

 

The committee heard invited testimony. (Witnesses testifying and registering are shown on the attached list)

 

At 11:32 AM Senator Seliger assumed the chair.

 

At 11:35 AM Senator Eltife resumed the chair.

 

There being no further business, at 12:11 PM Senator Eltife moved that the Committee stand recessed subject to the call of the chair. Without objection, it was so ordered.
