Co-Chair Senator Nelson called the meeting to order at 10:01 AM. There being a quorum present, the following business was transacted:
Co-Chair Senator Nelson made opening remarks.
The Committee heard invited testimony.
Witnesses testifying and registering are shown on the attached list.
Co-Chair Senator Nelson announced that the next scheduled meeting for the Committee will be held on September 14, 2016 at 10:00 AM.
There being no further business, at 11:48 AM Co-Chair Senator Nelson moved that the Committee stand recessed subject to the call of the chair. Without objection, it was so ordered.
