Pursuant to SCR 9 and HCR 56, a public hearing of the Joint Committee on Health & Human Services Transition, Oversight was held on Wednesday, September 14, 2016, in the Capitol Extension, Room E1.036, at Austin, Texas.

Co-chair Representative Price called the meeting to order at 10:02 AM. There being a quorum present, the following business was transacted:

Co-Chair Representative Price made opening remarks.

Co-Chair Senator Nelson made opening remarks.

The Committee heard invited testimony.

Witnesses testifying and registering are shown on the attached list.

There being no further business, at 12:40 PM Co-Chair Senator Nelson moved that the Committee stand recessed subject to the call of the chair. Without objection, it was so ordered.
