Pursuant to SCR 9 and HCR 56 and a notice posted on February 2, 2016, the Joint Committee on TRS Health Benefit Plans met in a public hearing and was called to order by the co-chair, Representative Flynn, at 1:18 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Flynn; Ashby; Rodriguez, Justin; and Senator Huffman.

 

A quorum was present.

 

 

The committee heard invited and public testimony regarding TRS Active Care.

 

(Senator Nelson now present.)

 

Testimony taken and registration recorded. See attached witness list.

 

At 3:47 p.m., on the motion of Representative Flynn and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
