The Subcommittee on Article II anticipates hearing testimony regarding House budget recommendations on the following:

· Department of Family and Protective Services

· Department of Assistive and Rehabilitative Services

· Unfinished Business from Previous Hearings

The Committee will reconvene after the adjournment of the House to hear testimony on the Department of Assistive and Rehabilitative Services.

Public testimony will be limited to 3 minutes. If submitting written testimony, please provide 15 copies with your name on each copy.

Agenda items not considered during this meeting may be carried over to a future schedule.
