Pursuant to House Bill 3750 (84R), the House and Senate Select Committees on State Real Property Data Collection, Reporting and Assessment will hold a hearing to receive an update from agencies on the status of the report on the statewide strategy, required by HB 3750, that will ensure all real property owned by the state is adequately insured. The committee will also hear testimony regarding the potential benefits of maintaining a comprehensive database of all real property owned by the state.

The committee will hear invited testimony only from the agencies tasked with compiling the requested data.
