The House Committee on Transportation will meet to consider:

HB 75          González, Mary          
Relating to the exemption from vehicle registration for certain farm vehicles owned by a farmers' cooperative society or marketing association.

HB 80          Craddick | et al.       
Relating to the use of a portable wireless communication device while operating a motor vehicle; creating an offense; providing penalties.

HB 122         Pickett                 
Relating to the Texas Mobility Fund.

HB 439         Gonzales, Larry         
Relating to the definition of a motorcycle.

HB 499         Guillen                 
Relating to the public transportation advisory committee.

It is the intent of the Chair to hear testimony on HB 80 between 8:00AM and 10:00AM. When the committee reconvenes it will hear unfinished business from the morning, then bills HB 75, HB 122, HB 439, and HB 499.
