ˇ                Utility relocation issues on state right-of-way construction and maintenance projects

 

ˇ                Update on HB 1 from the 3rd called Special Session of the 83rd Legislative Session

 

ˇ                Update on any proposed policy changes or revisions to the Unified Transportation Program(UTP)

 

ˇ                Update on toll collection issues, contracts, and third party monitoring

 

ˇ                Update on development of the ten year plans for Metropolitan Planning Organizations

 

The committee may also address any other topics of interest.
