·                Testimony from Texas Department of Transportation

Methods of Finance, including, but not limited to, outstanding debt capacity, State Infrastructure Bank, Department of Motor Vehicles as revenue source, and expenses and transfers:

·                Testimony from Texas Department of Transportation

The committee may address other topics of interest.
