Pursuant to House Bill 3750 (84R), the House and Senate Select Committees on State Real Property Data Collection, Reporting and Assessment will hold an organizational hearing to study potential ways to ensure the state is able to identify, track, and maintain information on the location, condition, and replacement value of all real property owned by the state.
The committee will hear invited testimony from the following state agencies tasked with compiling the requested data:
· State Office of Risk Management · Legislative Budget Board
