Amend CSHB 9 (house committee report) by adding the following appropriately numbered SECTION to the bill and renumbering subsequent SECTIONS of the bill accordingly:

SECTION ____.  Section 34.004(b), Health and Safety Code, is amended to read as follows:

(b)  Meetings of the task force are [closed to the public and are not] subject to Chapter 551, Government Code.
