Amend CSSB 6 (house committee printing) as follows:

(1)  On page 24, lines 12-13, strike "in the area proposed to be annexed".

(2)  On page 24, line 13, between "area" and "may", insert "and of the municipality".

(3)  On page 26, line 27, following "first", add "November".

(4)  On page 27, line 15, between "annexed" and "of", insert "and of the municipality".

(5)  On page 28, strike lines 10-19 and renumber sections and any cross-references to those sections of added Subchapter C-5, Chapter 43, Local Government Code, accordingly.
